THE ORDER
All orders presuppose acceptance of the prices and description of the products. Orders are subject to availability. Therefore, if an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will provide you with the option to change or cancel your order and request a refund of any amount you may have paid.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure.
The website www.maldazcollection.com reserves the right to cancel any order if it detects any anomaly in the request or if the customer’s information is not correctly completed.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices indicated on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs that will be added, if any, to the total amount due, depending on the item and the place of delivery. Any shipment outside the European Union may incur customs charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
All orders must be paid exclusively in euros and by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Security is guaranteed in all payments.
DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, depending on the customer’s delivery location.
Shipping companies are external to maldazcollection.com; we contract them for the delivery service. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delays or complications that may arise during delivery. The possible delays in the delivery of an order, will not justify in any case, the claims for damages, present or future, direct or indirect.
RETURN POLICY
- You will have 15 days for any change or return* since you receive the order. To do this you must send us an email to maldazcollection@gmail.com . Once we receive your request we will contact you personally and process the exchange or return.
- In order to make a change or return, the products must be in perfect condition with their original packaging and labeling, we do not accept products with makeup stains or used.
- It is possible to make changes in size or from one product to another as long as there is stock of the desired product.
- Shipping costs to us for any exchange or return are at our expense. Once you contact us, we’ll send you the steps to follow to return the product.
- Once we receive it at our warehouse, we will review it within 48 business hours, if everything is correct, in case of change, we will proceed to send the new product or size to the same address that you provided us when you placed the order or to another that you have indicated to us later as long as it is within the EU, the costs of the new shipment are at our expense.
- In case of return, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item in the payment method that has been made within a maximum period of 15 days. We will not receive in any case packages postage due.
