1. Do I have to register on the web to make any purchase in Maldaz Collection?
We do not need you to register to make purchases, you can purchase the product you want
on the web in a simple and secure way.

2. I have an item in my cart, does that mean I have it reserved?
The products are only reserved at the time of payment. We recommend that you complete your purchase after adding the products to your basket to ensure that your size does not run out.

3. Do the prices of the items include VAT?
Yes, all our products shown on the website have 21% included.

4. How can I make sure I have made the right purchase?
Once you have placed your order and entered your shipping information and payment method, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, make sure it is not in the “spam” section, if you do not have it there either, contact us by email maldazcollection@gmail.com.

5. What are the payment options available?
We accept debit, credit and Paypal cards.

6. Is online payment safe?
You can make your purchases without any problem with the guarantee of maximum security. Your bank details will be sent to our server in encrypted form through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and will be transmitted in a totally secure environment to our bank. We do not record this data at any time.

7. I have a discount code. How do I use it?
Very easy, you can add it before finalizing the order and check if the discount has been applied before finalizing the purchase and choose the payment method.

8. Why doesn’t my discount code work?
Check that you have entered the code exactly as shown in the promotion (including uppercase, lowercase, etc.). Also review the terms and conditions regarding the expiration date and the rules of use of the code.

9. Where is my order?
The estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can know where it is at all times.

For international orders we will notify you of the delivery time once you make the purchase depending on the country of destination. You will also receive a tracking number so that you can locate your order at any time.

10. Do I have to pay for the shipping of the purchases made?
Our orders include free shipping nationwide, including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

11. How can I process an exchange or return?

12. I was not at home when my order arrived, what can I do?
In the event that the transport company cannot deliver your package because you were not at home, the courier will contact you to schedule a second delivery.

13. Do you replace sold-out products?
Our t-shirts are limited editions of 100 units per model. In the event that our website states that the product is out of stock, we do not reissue them.

14. How can I wash the clothes?
We always recommend washing them in cold water or no more than 30º and inside out. We also recommend using detergents for delicate garments without bleach, suitable for the color of each garment. On the inside label you can always check the washing and care specifications.
